THREE people were left injured after a car ploughed into a crowd outside a pub near Thame.

The incident stemmed from an argument in the Rising Sun Pub in Ickford at 12.45am on Saturday, February 5.

Following the disagreement, one man got into a car and drove into a crowd of 20 people outside the pub.

Three men were injured, including a 19-year-old who was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

After spending several days in hospital the man was discharged but will require further operations on his legs.

The man driving the car is described as white, of slim build, about 6ft to 6ft 2ins tall, with dark hair.

The vehicle is described as an orange or gold Peugeot hatchback.

PC Charlie Etheridge said: “We could easily have been dealing with a fatal collision.”
