Two people were taken to hospital after their car smashed into a central reservation.
The incident happened at the junction of the A41 southbound and the B488, Aston Clinton at around 3.22pm on Saturday.
Three fire crews attended the scene and had to free a woman from the car.
Both people involved were taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment.
