A man and a woman arrested in connection with the crossing killing of Darrell Farnham have been released without charge.

The man, 47, had been arrested on suspicion of murder while the woman, 37, was held on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Police will take no further action against either of them.

Russell Gill, 42, of Lavender Walk, Aylesbury, is charged with murdering Mr Farnham at his Belgrave Road home on June 23.

Mr Farnham, 44, was found after being shot through the chest with a crossbow.

Mr Gill is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on September 23 for a plea hearing.

Two other people arrested as part of the inquiry, a man and a woman, were also released without charge last month.
