A graduate plummeted towards the earth to raise £1,000 towards a project that aims to alleviate poverty through the power of education.
Helen Wood, 22, from Long Crendon completed a charity skydive for TEACH (Time to Empower Africa’s Children).
She is flying to Tanzania to work as one of six interns for the charity. She said: “When I first fell out that was terrifying but gliding with the parachute open was fun.”
