After a month of trying on the Tom Selleck look for charity, a group of Thame businessmen had their moustaches shaved off to mark the end of Movember.
The five colleagues decided to back the annual prostate cancer cause after a client died from it, while two others are currently being treated for it.
With help from friends, family and clients, the Wills and Trusts financial planners have raised a facial hair’s breadth under £3,000 for the cause.
Maximus barbers did the shaving honours on November 30 as the guys tucked into specially-made cakes.
One of the group, Dean Hobbs, said: “We put a sign up in reception to let clients know why we looked a bit rugged.
“The boss had the best, he had to.”
