A boy, a woman and two men were injured in a four-vehicle pile-up at the junction of Watermead and Buckingham Park last night.
The vehicles crashed on the A413 at around 6pm and fire, police and ambulance crews rushed to the scene to help.
One of the injured men had to be cut free by firefighters using hydraulic rescue equipment.
The other injured people had been able to get out of their vehicles before fire crews arrived.
Two other men and another boy, who were not injured, were also released from their vehicles before they arrived.
The incident caused traffic delays in the area while emergency services cleared the scene.
More on this as we get it.
